Shipping Process

• Domestic Orders (India): Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier services and/or speed post.
• International Orders: Orders are shipped via registered international courier companies or International Speed Post.

Delivery Time

• Art Pieces  are typically delivered within 10-14 business days once the items are shipped.(Shipping will be initiated within 24-48 hours once the order is recieved )
• Delivery time may vary based on courier service norms and destination.

Packaging & Handling

• Drawings: Packaged securely using cardboard for protection.
• Paintings: Rolled and shipped in a tube to ensure safety during transit.
• Framing: Not framed. All items are shipped unframed.
• Ready to Hang: No, framing and stretching are required before display.

Delivery Cost

• Shipping is included for all orders. There are no additional shipping charges.

Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please visit our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

Important Notes

• We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. However, we ensure that orders are dispatched within the stipulated timeframe.
• Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of order placement.
